Les présentes Conditions Générales d'Utilisation (« CGU ») régissent l'utilisation de l'application Darsunaa (« l'Application »), développée par Karim Bouchez (« l'Éditeur »). En utilisant l'Application, vous acceptez ces conditions.
Darsunaa est une application de diffusion et d'écoute de cours audio. Elle permet aux enseignants de publier des cours et aux utilisateurs de les écouter ou les télécharger pour un usage hors ligne.
L'Application est accessible aux personnes âgées de 13 ans et plus.
Certaines fonctionnalités nécessitent la création d'un compte. Vous vous engagez à fournir des informations exactes et à maintenir la confidentialité de vos identifiants.
L'intégralité des contenus disponibles sur l'Application (cours audio, textes, images, logos, design) est protégée par le droit de la propriété intellectuelle.

Les contenus téléchargés via l'Application sont strictement réservés à un usage personnel et privé. Toute autre utilisation nécessite l'autorisation préalable et écrite de l'Éditeur ou du créateur du contenu concerné.

Les enseignants sont seuls responsables des contenus qu'ils publient. En publiant sur l'Application, ils accordent à l'Éditeur une licence non exclusive pour diffuser leurs contenus via l'Application.
L'Éditeur se réserve le droit de supprimer tout contenu contraire aux présentes CGU ou à la législation en vigueur.
L'Application est fournie « en l'état ». L'Éditeur ne garantit pas l'absence d'interruptions ou d'erreurs. L'Éditeur ne peut être tenu responsable :
Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment depuis l'Application ou en nous contactant.
L'Éditeur peut suspendre ou supprimer un compte en cas de violation des CGU, sans préavis ni indemnité.
L'Éditeur se réserve le droit de modifier ces CGU à tout moment. Les modifications seront notifiées dans l'Application. La poursuite de l'utilisation après modification vaut acceptation.
Le traitement de vos données personnelles est décrit dans notre Politique de Confidentialité.
Les présentes CGU sont régies par le droit français. En cas de litige, les tribunaux français seront compétents.
